HKPA conducted Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A) consultation between HKPA members and Ms. Margaret Grant. Several key issues and risk of the current M&A had been identified. Based on the proposed amendments from the previous consultations, Ms. Margaret Grant had prepared a discussion paper and pre-final draft of Articles of HKPA for members’ feedback. After August 3 review, to further seek for members’ comments, and to keep our members updated, we are now organising another consultation session, which is also a 90-minutes consultation session in focus group style, for further discussion.
